Please plan on arriving at least 30 minutes prior to the performance. Traffic in and around Kodak Center can be congested on event days, so you’ll want to allow yourself plenty of time to get here, find parking, use the restroom and purchase concessions before the event begins. Ushers will direct you to your seat and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the theater’s amenities.

At the conclusion of each event, the escalators will take you down to the main lobby to exit the venue. You may also take the elevators or stairs located to the right of the escalators.
Please note: Depending on the volume of people exiting the 3rd floor at the conclusion of an event, the 3rd floor escalator may be turned off and/or blocked to prevent dangerous backups on the 2nd floor.
