Tickets for most events at Kodak Center can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com (service fees apply) or in person at the Kodak Center Box Office, open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am. until 2:00 p.m.

The Ticketmaster Box Office on site at Kodak Center is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. For events on weekdays, the Box Office will remain open through the end of intermission. For events on weekends, the Box Office is open two (2) hours before show time and through the end of intermission. You may pick up Will Call tickets and purchase tickets for future Kodak Center events during this time. You are welcome to park in the small parking lot adjacent to Kodak Center. Parking is free on non-event days.

A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets at Will Call. It is also helpful to present the credit card used for payment, but it is not required.

Children’s Ticket Policy:

We welcome children old enough to enjoy our events. The child ticket policy varies per event, but generally tickets must be purchased for any child age 2 years and older attending a performance, and children must be seated with a parent or guardian. Children under 2 years of age are free. Please refer to the specific event listing for age/maturity and ticketing requirements as it varies per event.

Duplicate Tickets:

Kodak Center is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. If tickets are lost or stolen, please contact Kodak Center at (585) 254-0181.

Ticketmaster is the authorized ticketing agent for most events at Kodak Center, unless otherwise specified. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market, you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Refund/Exchange Policy:

All ticket sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on tickets purchased for events at Kodak Center that are held as scheduled. You can list and sell tickets via Ticketmaster's Fan-to-Fan Resale platform for most events.

In the rare event of a cancellation or postponement, Kodak Center will announce policies and procedures at that time. Typically, Ticketmaster will automatically issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, for a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees.

Please note: Ticket prices are always subject to change, and artists/promoters/venues occasionally offer specials after the original on-sale date. There are no refunds for tickets purchased prior to a special offer announcement.
