Kodak Center is located at 200 West Ridge Road, Rochester, NY 14615.

There is a short-term parking lot next to the building that is open during normal Box Office hours (M-F 10am-2pm), but ample parking is conveniently located across the street for visits longer than 30 minutes. Handicap parking is available in all parking lots. Parking is free on non-event days, but there is a $10-20 charge for events (credit only).

Hours

The Box Office on site at Kodak Center for all Ticketmaster shows is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

The Visitor Center and Gallery are free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m.

The Gift Shop is open Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. and after select events.
